You could place a service request on our site/whatsapp/call without registering with us,While we highly recommend you register with us first. You do not have to worry about unnecessary calls or messages from us. We have a strict policy against that practice.

Do I need to separate clothes of laundry from dry clean?
Our pick up riders have reusable laundry bags and you just need to tell our rider suitably about the segregation and our pick up rider will put your clothes in suitable bags

What if I am not home at the scheduled time for pickup?
If you’re not at home, we request you to drop off your laundry at your neighbor’s house or leave it with the security guard. Let us know and we’ll collect the garments. As for your acknowledgement of receipt, an email copy will be mailed to you. we would request you to cancel the request and re-schedule for a suitable time,If you cannot arrange a proxy.

How do I give special instructions for my clothes?
Be it a cold wash or a antiseptic wash or adding of fabric conditioner, we have this all covered for you. You can also mention about any adamant stain and we can arrange special treatment for them. You just need to mention it to our pick up rider and he will write it down in the special instruction column in pick up receipt.
What do you suggest to tackle clothes which bleed out color?
Some dark coloured clothes have this tendency to bleed out color and white garments are most susceptible to adhering to this bled color. So we suggest not to give expensive white clothes in the lot for laundry. Dry cleaning expensive clothes is always a better and safe option
How can I specify the time, if I am not sure about my availability at that time slot?
No worries! Just let us know your preferred time slot and we will call you an hour in advance to re-confirm your availability. It is possible to reschedule the call as your time is valuable to us.
What should I do if urgent service is required?

What is the guarantee that you provide for your service and the materials used in repairs?
The warranty on materials would be communicated separately on the material bill. Please insist for a material bill from the service provider in case he/she has helped you out in procuring the material. There is NO warranty on AC service, for all other services there is a 30 days service warranty.
Will the service take place on-site or off-site?
Our HomeMyntra Ninjas will ensure best efforts to solve the problem on-site. However, if the equipment involves any major repairing that cannot be done on-site, we will, on your approval, have to carry out the repairing work off-site.

Our service centers are spread throughout the city, we are not authorized to share their locations. What we can tell you is that all our Service Providers travel throughout the day for multiple jobs.

Warranty or guarantee on parts are offered as described on the material’s bill. Please insist on a material bill from the service provider, in case of external material charges. Regarding service, there is a 7 days warranty, such that if a problem of the same nature reoccurs, our services will be free of cost

It depends on the availability of spare part. If available or if it can be procured immediately, the part is delivered within 72 Hours. In case of a delay in availability, you will be intimated within 48 Hours.
